- Scope Comments on Aluminum Extrusion AD/CVD...
RILA filed scope comments in the antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) investigations concerning aluminum extrusions from 15 countries. In the comments, we urge the Commerce Department to clarify that not all end caps are “fasteners” and therefore should be outside the scope of these investigations.
We further urge Commerce to provide additional clarification regarding when an item is considered a part or subassembly, and therefore covered by the scope of the investigations.
