ESG Retail Reporting: RILA Committee Descriptions

Many retailers cite their engagement with RILA in some form in their public Sustainability, CSR, or ESG reports. These retailers have used this language to highlight their companies’ participation in industry benchmarking and collaboration through RILA’s committees or councils and demonstrate the strength of the companies’ corporate responsibility programs and long-term preparedness. This resource provides sample language for retailers to use to describe their engagement in RILA’s ESG-supporting committees and councils, respective to the communities with which the companies participate.
