RILA Promotes Erin Hiatt to Senior VP, Retail Operations

Erin Hiatt, who joined RILA in 2012, has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and strategic vision in various roles within the organization. Erin has been a pivotal force in enhancing RILA’s operational offerings convening retail executives engaged in all areas of corporate social responsibility.
In her new role as Senior Vice President, Retail Operations, Erin will oversee all aspects of retail operations, ensuring the continued excellence and innovation that RILA is known for. Her responsibilities will include leading RILA’s asset protection, supply chain, store operations, and corporate responsibility initiatives. Her deep understanding of the industry and remarkable ability to foster collaboration and motivate teams will be vital in serving RILA members and the retail industry at large.
