Cross-functional call on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) final Hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) Phasedown Rule, 86 Fed. Reg. 55116, published on October 5 in the Federal Register.
During the call, Zachary B. Pilchen of Beveridge and Diamond reviews key elements of the final rule and its implications on retailers’ operations and certain products retailers may sell (e.g., small cans of HFCs sold to consumers, such as air conditioning recharge kits).
