- RILA Comments on USTR China 301 Tariff Review
RILA files comments urging USTR to lift the China 301 tariffs as part of its four-year statutory review. We completed USTR's sector-specific questionnaire (Section B). The sectors that we filed for include: air conditioners, apparel, bicycles, consumer electronics & appliances, health & personal care, home & outdoor, pet, seasonal/holiday, sporting goods and tools. We also included an attachment containing a list of 880 priority products subject to the 301 tariffs submitted by RILA members.
