FTC Endorsement Guide Updates

RILA submitted comments to the FTC highlighting concerns and areas for clarity in its proposed updates to its Endorsement Guide including, the exclusion of star ratings from incentivized reviews, and clarifying examples of “clear and conspicuous” disclosures and employee relationships that warrant disclosure in customer reviews, among other issues.
