Sung Chang

Vice President, International Trade

As Vice President, International Trade, Sung Chang leads advocacy efforts related to trade.

Sung brings extensive experience working on the frontlines of trade policy. Before joining RILA, he served as Senior Advisor for Policy and Executive Communications at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR), and earlier as Senior Director for Innovation and Intellectual Property. He also worked as an attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel for International Commerce at the U.S. Department of Commerce and practiced law in the private sector.

Sung holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.
