Sung Chang

Vice President, International Trade

As Vice President for International Trade, Sung advocates before Congress and the administration to advance the retail industry's trade policy agenda. As part of these efforts, Sung leads RILA’s International Trade and Customs Committee.

Prior to joining RILA, Sung served as a senior advisor covering policy and executive communications at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR), and earlier as a trade negotiator in the Office of Innovation and Intellectual Property. Sung also served as an attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel for International Commerce at the U.S. Department of Commerce and practiced law in private the private sector.

Sung holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Nevada, Reno and a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.
