How to Become a Retail Member

Retail membership is open to companies that operate retail businesses and sell directly to the end consumer. Membership eligibility is determined by RILA based on a company’s retail operations and total annual revenue. Download the membership kit or submit an application to begin the process.

RILA Retail Premier Membership 

RILA also offers a Retail Premier Membership for companies that wish to play an enhanced role in shaping the association's strategic direction and priorities. As a premier member, your company would have the opportunity to drive and shape RILA’s policy and retail operations agenda. RILA's premier retail members pay a flat $350,000 annual dues.  

Retail Premier Members enjoy the following benefits:  

  • The opportunity to serve on RILA's Public Policy Steering Committee to help make recommendations to RILA's Board of Directors on the key issues facing the retail industry 
  • The opportunity to nominate their president or CEO to the RILA Board of Directors
