Moni Adeyi

Moni Adeyi, Manager, CSR & Supply Chain, supports the retail executives who participate in RILA’s CSR & ESG committees (including ESG, sustainability, and responsible sourcing), as well as RILA’s Supply Chain committees (including transportation & logistics and distribution). She also co-leads RILA’s Retail Culture & Community Committee and Supplier Readiness Benchmarking Group. She reports to Erin Hiatt, Vice President of CSR and is a member of the Retail Operations department.

Prior to joining RILA, Moni interned with EcoAmerica, where she assisted in creating a directory as a conduit for increased local, state, and national climate-based action and advocacy. As a student, Moni assisted professors with research relating to water allocation and management, as well as subsidized housing in relation to extreme-heat weather events.

Adeyi holds a B.S. in Environmental Studies from Santa Clara University and an M.S in Sustainability Management from American University.
