Adora Belcher

Senior Manager, Asset Protection & Workplace Safety

Adora Belcher is the Senior Manager of Asset Protection & Workplace Safety at RILA, where she leads industry collaboration efforts focused on advancing retail asset protection, workplace safety, and enterprise risk mitigation. In this role, she partners closely with leading retailers, solution providers, and law enforcement to address emerging risks and drive meaningful, practical outcomes for the retail industry.

Adora works closely with Khris Hamlin, Vice President of Asset Protection & Retail Technology, to support RILA’s Asset Protection committees. She leads the Workplace Safety Committee and the AI in Asset Protection Working Group and co‑leads the Supply Chain Asset Protection Working Group.

Prior to joining RILA, Adora interned with The TJX Companies at a Marshalls distribution center, where she supported damage‑reduction initiatives in high‑loss areas. Her work contributed to a significant reduction in damage rates during her internship.

Adora holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland, as well as a Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. During her time at Maryland, she participated in the Business, Society, and Economy Scholars Program, the Women’s Empowerment Institute, the Supply Chain Fellows Program, and a short‑term business study abroad in Southeast Asia.
