Kate Rabatsky
Senior Manager, Conferences & Events
Kate Rabatsky is Senior Manager of Conferences and Events at RILA, where she plays a key role in planning and executing the association's signature conferences, meetings, and events. She manages conference logistics and operations from preconference planning through onsite execution, overseeing attendee experience, event technology, housing, branding, signage, and vendor coordination. Kate partners with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high quality events that support RILA's educational programming and foster meaningful connections among retail industry leaders.
Prior to joining the conferences and events team, Kate worked with RILA's exhibitor and sponsor relations.
Rabatsky holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Event Management from Elon University.
