RILA Communications Team Grows by Two
Today RILA announced the addition of two experienced professionals to its communications & marketing team, Christin Fernandez & Talana Lattimer.
Talana Lattimer is the Vice President of Creative Services at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), where she leads the organization’s in-house creative team and oversees digital experience, brand strategy, and web operations across all RILA platforms.
In this role, Talana owns the strategy, design, and performance of RILA’s website ecosystem, driving a high-performing, user-centered experience optimized for search visibility and discoverability. She leads web design, UX, SEO, and generative search optimization (GEO), and establishes standards and governance for how content is structured, presented, and maintained across the organization.
Talana also leads the creative execution and digital experience for RILA’s major conferences, translating program strategy into high-impact web experiences and marketing assets that support attendee growth, engagement, and sponsorship visibility.
During her tenure, Talana has led the transformation of RILA’s brand and digital presence, including the development of a modernized brand identity and the design and launch of multiple award-winning websites. Her work has significantly improved performance, usability, and scalability across RILA’s primary digital platforms. She has also directed the digital presence of RILA’s sub-brands, including the Retail Litigation Center, Retail Compliance Center, and Retail Innovation Center.
