Question Presented:
Whether Title III of the ADA requires a website or mobile phone application that offers goods or services to the public to satisfy discrete accessibility requirements with respect to individuals with disabilities.

RLC's Position:
The RLC advocates for the establishment of a clear federal standard to properly define the scope of Title III as it pertains to digital services.  

Case Outcome:
The court denied the petition.
