U.S. EPA Phasedown of Hydrofluorocarbons (HFC)

RILA together with NRF, FMI, and NACDS supports U.S. EPA’s efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, including HFCs that are the subject of the proposed Phasedown. The Associations provided these shared comments to highlight areas where the additional clarity is needed to provide regulatory certainty and minimize reporting and recordkeeping burdens, as well as to avoid unintended consequences from misinterpretations of the proposed regulatory text.
