Digital Retail Council
RILA’s Digital Retail Council is comprised of senior-most executives at leading retailers who are responsible for the integration of in-store and digital operations, and customer experience. The group’s mission is to drive industry-wide omnichannel capabilities and effective order fullfilment strategies to help leading retailers keep pace with changing consumer demands and the challenges of real-time inventory management. The council facilitates information sharing and research through a trusted forum.
