“Regulators are asking all the right questions. And the question really is has technology changed the rulebook? Or does the rulebook need to change to reflect the fact that technology has changed the marketplace. We believe it has. Consumers have lots of options and they should have access to all of those options. Our belief however is that there are lots of ways that some of these big technology companies can constrain consumers visibility into what their options are.”
