Talana Lattimer is Vice President of Creative Services at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), where she leads the organization’s in-house creative team and oversees brand strategy, digital experience, web operations, and creative services across the association and its affiliated organizations.
In this role, Talana is responsible for the strategy, governance, and performance of RILA’s digital ecosystem, including the association’s websites, conference platforms, marketing campaigns, and creative assets. She leads web strategy, user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), accessibility, and content governance, ensuring RILA’s digital properties deliver a high-performing, user-centered experience for members, policymakers, and industry stakeholders.
Talana also directs the creative and digital strategy for RILA’s industry-leading conferences and executive events, translating business objectives into engaging digital experiences that drive attendee growth, member engagement, sponsorship visibility, and revenue generation. She partners closely with leaders across the organization to align marketing, technology, content, and business goals.
Since joining RILA in 2016, Talana has played a central role in transforming the association’s brand and digital presence. She led the development of RILA’s modernized brand identity and the design and launch of multiple award-winning websites, including the association’s 2026 digital transformation initiative. Her work has strengthened RILA’s online visibility, improved user engagement, and established scalable systems and governance practices that support the organization’s continued growth.
Prior to joining RILA, Talana built a career in television production and multimedia communications, contributing to projects for national media organizations including PBS, BET, NBC, Nickelodeon, TV One, and RL-TV.
