President, Customer Development
Gina currently serves as President, Customer Development and is in charge of leading business delivery of $10 billion in revenues across all Unilever categories and customers in the United States.
Previously Gina led the UK & Ireland business, the 4th largest market in Unilever. Prior to that she led the multi-billion-dollar Personal Care portfolio for Unilever North America, which is made up of hair, skin, and deodorant categories.
Prior to Unilever acquiring Alberto Culver in 2011, Gina was President, Global Brands for this $3.7B market cap company where she oversaw all global brands, such as TRESemmé, NeXXus, VO5 and St. Ives. In 2004, Gina was Chief Operating Officer of Avon North America, and previously held senior positions at Ford Motor Company and Estee Lauder Companies.
Gina serves on the boards of Manpower Inc. (NYSE: MAN) and Wolverine (NYSE: WWW). She is President of the Yale University Council, a Board Member of Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) and a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute. Gina has been recognized as a “Woman to Watch” by Advertising Age, “Marketer of the Year” and “50 Most Influential People in Beauty” by Women’s Wear Daily, “Top 50 2015 Brand Innovator” and “Achiever of the Year” by Cosmetic Executive Women. Gina ranked as the top female executive on The Grocer 2017 Power List in the UK and was awarded 2017 Directors to Watch from Directors & Boards.
