Six Startups Catch Retailers’ Attention

Retail Executives Select Startup Innovation Award Finalists

Today RILA’s Retail Innovation Center announced the finalists for the 2021 Startup Innovation Awards for Supply Chain and the Startup Innovation Awards for Asset Protection. Six startups in total were chosen by RILA retail executive communities based on their solutions to the range of challenges facing retail asset protection and supply chain teams.

The Startup Innovation Awards recognize new talent in the retail industry who are disrupting the status quo with new innovative ideas and technologies. Award winners, selected by leading retail executives, help retailers become more responsive, high performing, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

The 2021 Startup Innovation Awards Finalists:
“Innovation has long been a necessity in the retail industry, but this last year put a magnifying glass up to the areas of the business that need it most and created urgency for rapid implementation of retail technology. We saw firsthand just how imperative it is for leading retailers to establish a robust ecosystem of partners committed to innovating to serve customers well,” said RILA Vice President of Innovation Nicholas Ahrens. “Startups like the ones we are highlighting here are key members in that ecosystem. We’re excited to showcase their creativity and capabilities directly with the retailers who can benefit from them.”

Finalists will have the opportunity to pitch their solutions at RILA’s Retail Asset Protection Conference or LINK2021: The Retail Supply Chain Conference, collocated in Orlando, Florida August 17-20, 2021. Award winners will be announced there, as well.
