- "Illegal DEI" Report Due to White House May 21
While the pace of Executive Orders (EOs) has slowed since the early weeks of President Trump’s second term, many of the early EOs direct agency actions that are taking place behind the scenes now, but that may surface soon. This includes the May 21 deadline for an aggregated report from agencies to provide an update to the White House on “measures to encourage the private sector to end illegal discrimination and preferences, including DEI.” Download the RILA update to read more on the potential for enforcement against private entities (member login required).
