Overview
The Retail Culture & Community Committee (R3C) is comprised of executives at leading retailers who work on aligning corporate strategies with a welcoming and collaborative company culture to achieve the company’s goals and vision.R3C is a practitioner-led community that provides support to member retailers with key strategy-culture alignment areas such as:
- Integrating a values-aligned talent management and engagement strategy
- Supporting respectful employee-customer interactions
- Informing philanthropic opportunities, and community partnerships
- Staying apprised of the political, media, and legal context
