Overview

Asset Protection has evolved into a critical business function rooted in the principle of mitigating Total Retail Loss while enabling a seamless customer experience and driving sales.

RILA’s Asset Protection Leaders Council convenes the senior-most asset protection leaders from the country’s top retailers —the executives who oversee shrink management, crime deterrent strategies, employee and customer safety, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and more. This group gathers regularly to network, explore and critique the business implications of a wide spectrum of asset protection issues and provides the industry with strategic direction in this area.
