The Retail Talent & Culture Committee brings together retail leaders to collaborate on workforce strategy, organizational culture, and community engagement. As the retail workforce continues to evolve, the committee provides a forum for addressing the complex challenges and opportunities shaping talent recruitment, retention, and employee experience.
By combining expertise across human resources, culture, and workforce development, members explore innovative approaches to building inclusive workplaces, strengthening employee engagement, and supporting long-term talent growth. The committee also examines how retail organizations can align culture and community impact with business strategy to drive sustainable success.
Through peer collaboration, benchmarking, and policy discussions, the committee helps retail leaders navigate emerging workforce trends, improve talent retention, and enhance the overall employee experience across the industry.
