RILA’s Distribution Committee is for retail executives at the helm of their companies’ distribution strategies and operations. This group meets regularly in person and via phone, to share common challenges and learnings, and participate in activities such as facility visits and benchmarking discussions. Together they explore the latest ideas in network optimization, order picking, DC labor, material handling, robotics, last mile delivery, and more.
