RILA lead joint retail association comments with NRF, NACDS and FMI on the EPA’s rulemaking to phaseout HFCs in new equipment end uses, including commercial refrigeration. Comments focused on challenges with the Agency’s proposed implementation milestones, including misalignment with store planning and building processes.
