Safety Standard for Crib Bumpers/Liners

Comments to the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission on its proposed rule for crib bumpers/liners. Recommendations include: Prioritizing the promulgation of federal safety standard where emerging state activity is creating a potential patchwork of inconsistent product safety mandates, and including a clear preemption provision in the finalized standard.
