RILA FCC Comments on the TCPA

RILA worked with Skadden Arps to file comments to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on its proposed amendments to its Telephone Consumer Protection regulations in an effort to tackle the problem of scam, spam, fradulent and malicious text messages.
