RILA Comments on FMC Refusal to Deal Rulemaking

RILA filed with the Federal Maritime Commission as the agency gets to work enforcing the Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 2022’s provisions. FMC is seeking input on a key definition that needs clarification, the definition of unreasonable refusal to deal or negotiated with respect to vessel space accommodations.
