RILA Comments on FCC TCPA Consent Revocation Rule

On January 5, 2026, RILA commented on FCC's  Advanced Methods To Target and Eliminate Robocalls. Most pertinent to RILA members is the FCC's request for feedback on the Telephone Consumer Protection Act's (TCPA's) Consent Revocation Rules. RILA previously suggested modification of the TCPA Consent Revocation Rules in the FCC's Delete, Delete, Delete proceeding (April 11, 2025).
