Reducing Regulatory Burdens: RILA Comments to the CPSC

The Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) submitted formal comments to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) in response to its Request for Information on reducing regulatory burdens.

• Establishing clear, consistent national standards to avoid fragmented state-by-state regulations
• Streamlining compliance requirements to reduce redundancies and improve efficiency across the industry
