OSHA Permanent Healthcare COVID-19 ETS

RILA participated in an industry coalition which submitted two comment letters to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) on its Occupational Exposure to COVID-19 in Healthcare Settings Permanent Standard for the employers. One set of comments pertains to retailers who operate pharmacies or provide other health services within their retail location; and the other comments are tailored toward issues that include retailers that have medical clinics embedded within their operations.
