Made in the USA Labeling

Comments to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on its proposed “Made in the USA” labeling rule. Recommendations are: Inclusion of a safe harbor for retailers/marketplaces that rely on MUSA representations from suppliers/vendors; preemption of state country-of-origin labeling requirements that conflict with the federal rule; and establishing clear metrics for MUSA claims.
