Comments on FTC Staff Preliminary Report on Consumer Privacy

The Retail Industry Leaders Association (―RILA‖) appreciates the opportunity to participate in the public comments on the Preliminary FTC Staff Report entitled ―Protecting Consumer Privacy in an Era of Rapid Change: A Proposed Framework for Businesses and Policymakers‖ (the ―Report‖).
