RILA Comments on CPSC Proposed Agenda and Priorities FY2025

RILA submitted written comments on the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission's (CPSC) proposed agenda and budget priorities for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025. RILA's overall position was supportive of the CPSC's priorities, but renewed and reemphasized a few previous recommendations and additional concerns for the CPSC to prioritize and address.
