Comments Concerning Implementation of Revised Provisions

RILA requests the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) clarify that wood pallets, containers, and other packaging material do not require a Lacey Act declaration and extend implementation to no earlier than six months after publication of the Final Rule.
