Amanda Shapiro is Coordinator, Member Services. She works with the Membership and Event Marketing team to ensure an efficient online registration process and excellent Member support. In addition to her role for support of Membership, she supports the RILA Administrative team in keeping the internal office functions running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
