Supplier Codes of Conduct express a company’s requirements, commitments and aspirations and often act as a company’s human rights policy. RILA has compiled the following resources to support retailers’ efforts to benchmark their supplier Codes of Conduct. 
 
The education and thought leadership materials included here are intended to help retailers understand leading practices for creating and maintaining supplier Codes of Conduct, key supplier Code areas to strengthen risk mitigation, the relationship of supplier Codes to other supplier documents, and Code implementation and supplier engagement.
