One Powerhouse Event for the Retail Supply Chain Ecosystem

Retail Supply Chain Leaders Gather February 19-22 in Orlando

The Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA)’s annual conference for retail’s leading supply chain executives LINK2023: The Retail Supply Chain Conference – will meet in person February 19-22, 2023 in Orlando, Florida.

Retailers are tackling epic economic and logistical headwinds, and are being challenged every day to make supply chains smarter, stronger, and sustainable. LINK2023 will bring the entire retail supply chain ecosystem together to tackle the industry’s biggest challenges.

“A lot is riding on retailers’ shoulders – new supply chain challenges arise virtually every day. But they’re not alone. As retailers focus on going the distance for customers and communities, LINK serves as a premier partner on that journey, connecting leaders with industry peers and offering unparalleled opportunities to share practices and exchange ideas,” said RILA Vice President of Supply Chain Jess Dankert. “We’re thrilled to bring our entire retail supply chain community together to tackle industry challenges, and we can’t wait to see everyone in Orlando.”

This year’s program will feature 50+ breakout sessions, 100+ expert speakers & presentations exploring the latest supply chain case studies and trends, as well as countless candid conversations and networking opportunities with 2,000+ retail supply chain leaders. Topics covered include omnichannel customer experience, demand planning, ports, sustainability/ESG, data analytics, labor, trade, reverse logistics, and more.

Accredited members of the media are invited to join RILA and our community of retail supply chain leaders for LINK2023 and may report on the conference general sessions. Breakout educational sessions are off the record. Email Caroline Niery at caroline.niery@rila.org to obtain press credentials for the conference.
