Comments on Incentives for Nondiscriminatory Wellness

The Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) welcomes the opportunity to provide comments to the U.S. Departments of Labor, the Treasury, and Health and Human Services in regards to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Incentives for Nondiscriminatory Wellness Programs in Group Health Plans.
