RILA comments on the FCC's TCPA Consent Revocation Rule


On March 12, 2025, the FCC opened the In Re: Delete, Delete, Delete” docket seeking public comment on any FCC rules, regulations, or guidance that should be removed to alleviate "unnecessary regulatory burdens."  RILA filed with the FCC’s “Delete, Delete, Delete” Docket which closed on Friday, April 11. The comments outline recommendations on how the Commission can revise the Telephone Consumer Protection Act Consent Revocation Rule to promote transparency and consumer choice. On April 7, the FCC issued a 1 year pause on enforcement of the Rule.
