Everything You Need to Know About Tabletalks

Tabletalks are small-group, peer-led lunch discussions on timely retail supply chain topics like AI, tariffs, and disruption. Each session brings together 5–8 participants for real, off-the-record conversations designed to spark collaboration and insight.

All Tabletalks are held in a dedicated Tabletalks area in the Exhibition Hall and each Tabletalk is assigned a table number (check your calendar invite or the mobile app for the table number).

All registered retail and CPG attendees of LINK are eligible. You do not need to be part of LINK Connect (the hosted meetings program) to participate in Tabletalks.

Registration opens Jan. 4 and takes only about five minutes to personalize your Tabletalk experience.  You'll be able to create your profile and select discussion topics and time slots fit your schedule.

Tabletalks are held during lunch hours at LINK. Sessions will run on Monday and Tuesday from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM ET, and on Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM ET. Each session lasts 45 minutes. Lunch will be available in the Tabletalks area starting at 11:30 AM ET.

Tabletalks uses the same smart scheduling algorithm as LINK Connect to match participants based on topic preferences and availability. You’ll receive calendar invites once your schedule is finalized.

No. Tabletalks are included as part of your LINK registration—there’s no additional cost to participate.

No prep is needed. A RILA-appointed discussion starter or sponsor-trained facilitator will guide the conversation. Just show up ready to engage.
