Introducing Tabletalks
New for 2026—Peer-Led Conversations That Drive Real Insights

Tabletalks are interactive roundtable discussions for retailers to share insights, address issues, explore opportunities, and generate actionable takeaways on key topics that help them scale their businesses faster and better. Simply put, you’ll learn from each other like never before.

Where Retail Supply Chain Leaders Talk Shop

Small Groups. Big Impact.

Each 45-minute discussion will take place over lunch with 5-8 retailer peers, making it easy to share stories, experiences and ideas. Individuals can join up to 2 Tabletalks and pick from multiple topics that cover some of retail supply chain’s most pressing challenges and opportunities, including AI, tariffs and several other top-of-mind topics.

Not a Panel. Not a Lecture. A Conversation.

Tabletalks are candid, interactive peer-led sessions. You’re not just listening to a speaker or panel; you’re actively discussing topics with fellow retailers. It’s a chance to both learn and share your own insights, making it a two-way street of valuable information.

Real Connections. Real Takeaways.

Tabletalks will help you deepen your knowledge, network with peers, and walk away with insights. They offer a unique setting to tackle challenges and opportunities in the retail supply chain industry, guided by the collective wisdom of the participants.

Everything You Need to Know About Tabletalks

What are Tabletalks?

Who can participate?

All registered retail and CPG attendees of LINK2026 are eligible. You do not need to be part of LINK Connect (the hosted meetings program) to participate in Tabletalks.

How do I sign up?

During registration, you’ll complete a brief profile where you can opt into Tabletalks and select the topics you’re most interested in. If you skip this step, don’t worry—you can still join later when the scheduling window opens.

When do Tabletalks take place?

Tabletalks are held during lunch hours at LINK2026. Most sessions will run between 11:45 AM and 1:15 PM, lasting about 50 minutes each.

How are groups assigned?

LINK uses the same smart scheduling algorithm as LINK Connect to match participants based on topic preferences and availability. You’ll receive calendar invites once your schedule is finalized.

Is there a cost to join?

No. Tabletalks are included as part of your LINK2026 registration—there’s no additional cost to participate.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No prep is needed. A RILA-appointed discussion starter or sponsor-trained facilitator will guide the conversation. Just show up ready to engage.
