Individual Registration Rates

Individual attendees have full access to general sessions, breakout sessions, the Expo Hall, networking opportunities, refreshments, and all on-site activities. If you are a retailer and you chose to roll your registration over from 2021, please note that we have already registered you and you will receive an email confirmation.  You will need to book your hotel room using the housing link provided in the email confirmation.” For questions about Retail registration rollovers please contact Amanda Shapiro.

  2. Pay the invoice, and your company will be set up for group registration
  3. Your team members can register themselves. No codes will be needed
  4. If you'd like to add additional registrations to your team package after all your registrations have been used, please contact Amanda at amanda.shapiro@rila.org.

Company/Group pricing is only available to retailer and/or consumer product manufacturer member companies. Seats may only be used by employees of the company and must register using their work email address.

No partial refunds will be provided for group packages (e.g., unused seats are not eligible for a refund). Cancellations and refunds for the group packages is available until December 3 without penalty. Group packages canceled between December 4 and February 11 are subject to an administration fee equal to $150 per canceled attendee
.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be in writing. Contact RILA at memberservices@rila.org  to request a refund. Cancellation requests received will be subject to the following deadlines:
  • Cancellation requests received by Friday, December 3, 11:59 PM ET will receive a full refund
  • Cancellation requests received between Saturday, December 4, and Friday, February 11, 11:59 PM ET will receive a full refund, less a $150 administrative fee.
  • After February 11, registrations will not be refunded but may be transferred to another employee of your company until the first day of the conference.
You can transfer your registration online. Visit the conference registration portal and log-in with your RILA.org account. Once you are logged-in, you should see "Manage Registration". From there, you may request a cancellation or transfer your registration to anyone from your company. Email memberservices@rila.org for help.

Registration Eligibility

RETAILERS
To qualify as a retail attendee, an individual attendee must be an employee of a retail company (not engaged as a consultant, contractor, or agent thereof). A retail company is defined by RILA as a company whose core business is selling its inventory of consumer products directly to end consumers.

CONSUMER PRODUCT MANUFACTURERS
To qualify as a consumer product manufacturer attendee, an individual must be an employee of a consumer product manufacturer (not engaged as a consultant, contractor, or agent thereof). A consumer product manufacturer is defined by RILA as a company whose core business is selling consumer products that it manufactures  to sell to end consumers or for resale to retailers to sell to end consumers. Companies that sell products to retailers for use in the business (e.g. security cameras, POS systems, or other products intended for use in the store, DC, HQ, or other locations) do not qualify as consumer product manufacturers for RILA purposes.

SERVICE PROVIDERS
Service providers are the companies that provide goods or services to the retail industry for use by the company, their stores, or their distribution centers. Individuals from service supplier companies must contract (as either an exhibitor or sponsor) in order to attend a RILA Event.

Requirements for Online Registration

Retail and consumer product executives may register online
To get started, click the "Register Now!" button in the banner above. A RILA log-in is required for online registration. New and returning attendees, please note the following information regarding logins.

Returning Attendees
If you already have a RILA account, but can't remember your password, simple click request a new password. If an account for you exists in our system, we will send you a link to create a new password. However, if we cannot find an existing account for you, you will not receive a reset password email. Please create a new account or contact RILA at memberservices@rila.org for help. 

First-Time Attendees
You will need a RILA log-in account to register. You can create a log-in account once registration has opened.. You will need to use the your corporate email address when creating the account. Please refrain from using other email addresses, including personal accounts. 

System Requirements for Online Registration
The online registration system works best with the most recent stable version of the Chrome browser. The online registration system also supports the most recent stable versions of Firefox, Safari (version 5 and up), and Opera. Internet explorer is not recommended, as the system will only work with Version 10 and up. Please email RILA at memberservices@rila.org with questions.
