Plan to arrive at the hotel before 4:00 PM EST on Sunday, February 1, to attend the LINK Welcome Reception from 5:00 – 6:30 PM. Breakout sessions conclude at 9:15 AM on Wednesday, and the optional post-conference workshop will run until 11:00 AM. To allow ample travel time, we recommend scheduling your return flight after 1:00 PM.
Committee Meetings – TRIC and SCLC
We recommend an early arrival on Saturday, January 31, to allow time to pick up your conference badge prior to your committee meeting. Your committee meeting start times are listed below.
Retail Golfers
Plan your travel for arrival and hotel check-in on Saturday, January 31. Shuttle buses for the golf tournament will depart at 7:00 AM the following morning, on Sunday, February 1.
Post-Conference Attendees
