Stephanie Standish serves as Vice President, Administration at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), managing the organization’s internal operations and administrative functions. Her responsibilities include leading human resources, overseeing accounting and IT operations, and supporting initiatives that promote employee development, engagement, and workplace well‑being.
Having joined RILA in 2011, Standish brings more than a decade of institutional knowledge to the organization, along with an early passion for retail developed through roles at Aveda and Maurices.
