Adora Belcher

Coordinator, Asset Protection & Operations

Adora Belcher, Coordinator of Supply Chain & Retail Operations assists the Retail Operations team with communications, development, and implementation of ideas to support retail executives on the Supply Chain and Asset Protection Committees. She reports and works closely with Jess Dankert, VP of Supply Chain and Lisa LaBruno, SEVP of Retail Operations at RILA. 
 
Before joining RILA, Adora interned for the TJX Company at their Marshall’s Distribution Center where she worked on damage reduction projects in high level loss areas, lowering those area’s damage rate significantly throughout her internship time. 
 
Adora holds a B.S. in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Marketing Analytics from University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. During her time at Maryland, she was a part of the Business, Society, and Economy Scholar’s Program, Women’s Empowerment Institute, Supply Chain Fellows Program, and attended a short-term business study abroad in Southeast Asia.
