Overview
The Retail Litigation Center (RLC) is a membership association that brings together leading retailers and legal experts to address litigation issues impacting the retail industry. Through collaboration, shared insights, and strategic advocacy, RLC members help ensure the retail industry has a strong, coordinated voice in the judicial system.
Retail members play a central role in guiding the RLC’s legal priorities. Working alongside experienced outside counsel and industry peers, members collaborate on litigation strategy, discuss emerging legal risks, and contribute to the development of amicus briefs and other advocacy efforts that advance sound legal policy for retailers.
Participation in the RLC community provides retail legal teams with opportunities to stay informed on litigation trends, exchange insights with peers facing similar challenges, and engage directly in efforts that shape the legal landscape affecting the retail industry.
