The Retail Litigation Center joined 11 other associations and organizations in an amicus brief to explain the need for employers to have adequate time to implement the updated Component 2 of the EEO-1 report in light of the new requirements that require a substantial increase in reporting (e.g., from 180 to 3,660 data fields).
