In re: Amendments to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.510

The RLC submitted a letter to the Florida Supreme Court in support of the Court’s amendment adopting the federal summary judgment standard. The RLC states that the decision will improve efficiency and result in lower costs for both the court and involved parties since they would prevent the full trial of claims that have no chance of success.
