Issue on Appeal: Whether the scope of a relevant market pled in the underlying antitrust claims is improperly broad. 

RLC’s Position: Plaintiffs proposed product market’s limitation to luxury retail labor and proposed nationwide geographic scope are not plausible. Accordingly, the Court should affirm the District Court’s dismissal of the claims.
