The RILA Communities Foundation (RCF) Gift Card Fraud Prevention Alliance (GCFPA) will host retailers, gift card networks, law enforcement and technology partners for a full-day interactive workshop focused on combatting gift card fraud and scams. The program will explore a broad range of topics including emerging tactics, intelligence sharing, cutting-edge technology solutions, leading fraud mitigation practices, state legislative landscape updates, consumer education and customer complaint resolution.
